These are my kids in our sand pile. When they roll around the sand like these for over an hour, they remind me of puppies. Sweet, lovable and huggable puppies. They're perfectly happy doing it.
Yes, even my 11-year old daughter does it. She the one in black in the middle. She only does it when she forgot to play grown up!

My son loves playing in the sand. It's so cool that you have your own sand pile at home.
